Starting an engagement
The intake form is the first step.
If you'd like the firm to consider taking your matter, please fill out the intake form. It asks general questions only — your name, contact info, the general matter category, and the names of any other parties so I can run a Kentucky Rule 1.18 conflict check. The detailed information comes after I've confirmed I can take the matter.
Until that conflict check is run and we both sign a written engagement letter, I am not your attorney. The intake form explains this in plain language before any field is shown.
